straight and narrow?

As part of today's haircut, the stylist offered to style my hair. She pitched the idea of ironing out my hair. Curiosity got the better of me. I've never actually had my hair straightened before, and I wondered what it would look like.

As part of my haircut, the stylist offered to style and straighten my hair. I've always been curious as to what my hair would look like straight. Now I know. As a lifelong curlyhead who has never had her hair straightened, I cannot explain to you how weird this makes my hair feel.Straight and narrow?

Now I know. It's a little creepy, actually. I pat my head and there's no sproing, just this weird odd sleekness that my hair normally can't achieve, even when wet.

It's already disturbed two co-workers and one friend. It also took a LOT of work, so I doubt that I will buy the equipment to make it work, but it was an interesting experiment and an unusual change.

but I like it! :)

I'm not sure how to say this, but I don't like you straight ... wait, that may have come out wrong ...

I like it too :-)

Straight or not both are all good.
Its hard to keep straight in Vancouver... too much rain, hopefully easier down south.

This does *NOT* work. Not in the slightest...not a chance...not a prayer. Fuggadaboudit....

For the sake of all mankind...put the straightener away.

the one and only time i had my hair straightened out via blow-dryer and flat iron for some girls hair school project... I felt like a TOTALLY different person... it was weird... heehee
